LNH Prints Shipping Policy

Shipping & Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday during business hours (excluding holidays). Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow along.
Processing time doesn't include weekends, holidays, or payment verification delays—just so you know what to expect!
Delivery Times
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days after shipment. Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier conditions, so these are estimates, not guarantees. We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances, but we'll help however we can if something goes wrong.
Free Shipping
Orders over $35 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States. This applies to all our 3D printed products.
Shipping Address
We only ship to addresses within the continental United States at this time. Your shipping address must be complete and accurate at checkout. We're not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses, so double-check before you hit submit!
If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us ASAP at lnhprints@gmail.com—we can only make changes before your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't show up within the expected timeframe, contact us immediately at lnhprints@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Tracking number
- Photos of the damage (if applicable)
We'll work with the carrier to investigate and make it right—usually with a replacement or refund.
Oversized Items
Some items may be oversized or fragile. Additional shipping charges may apply and will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be longer. We'll do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible, but patience is appreciated during busy times!
International Shipping
